Korban Best

2024 Race Ambassador

Korban Best

Korban Best, a 21-year-old from Southlake, TX, is a rising star in the world of para-athletics. Korban made his Paralympic debut at the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games and brought home two medals – silver in the men’s 100m T47 race and bronze in the 4x100 universal relay. He’s gaining lots of attention in the running community for his incredible talent and big heart.

Korban was born with an upper limb difference and has spent his life challenging what some thought would be impossible to accomplish. With the help of Scottish Rite for Children, Korban learned to never let his disability define him. Growing up, Korban participated in multiple sports - track, football, golf, and competitive swimming. His journey to the Paralympics is a testament to his relentless determination and unyielding spirit.

We look forward to having Korban join us this year for our 2024 event weekend!
